April is almost done! We only have 2 more months of school left. Time flies when you’re having fun. Our main page has not been updated in some time, so we have decided to update you with all the fun and amazing things that we have been doing in our class.
Some of the countries our video has been viewed in around the world! Wow!
First of all, we want to tell you that we are a global YouTube sensation! Our YouTube video “Challenges” has been viewed in 24 countries as of April, 19, 2012. We have over 1700 views and are still climbing even higher by the day. We have accomplished so much in such a short amount of time and should be unbelievably proud of our accomplishments.
We have had an extremely exciting last couple of months. We have started work on our next video project for our class. It is titled “S.T.A.R. Choices” and will begin principle filming next week. Roll out the red carpets, because here we come!
We have been hard at work using the iPads for all sorts of fun and education things. We made a fully animated comic using Toontastic and have posted our amazing videos online for the world to see. They were for Holy Week and told the story of Jesus Christ. Check below for the links to our videos.
We had Chris Jackson, an amazing author and illustrator, come in to the school and talk to us about some of the books he has illustrated. He told us about the process of writing a book! He was funny and gave us a lot of cool information about what it takes to be an author and illustrator.
Rays Reptiles also came to visit us recently. We got to see some amazing, and sometimes creepy, insects and animals. Some of us even got to hold or touch them! We have such brave friends in 4-5-6.

Hello Friends,
Lots of very exciting stuff for October, I can’t believe what you accomplished this month!
I can not wait to see the mural you guys are working on in November and of course the video you’re preparing for YouTube. Not to get too emtional but… I am so proud of your new challenge, listen to Ms. Conforti and Mr. Andrews and always remember the BIG PICTURE!
Please do not eat too much candy on Monday night and remember to be safe. Happy Halloween!
